My Trips to the Hospital

My Trips to the Hospital

Hi, I'm Cari. When I was a teenager, my best friend Claire's mom got cancer. I started offering to take Deb (the mom) to the hospital for her treatments to help give the family a break. They had all been in and out of the hospital so much, and since I'm basically family to them, it was nice to support Deb and Claire. Not to mention, I was able to learn a lot about different medical topics just be listening and watching while waiting in the hospital. It was fascinating. To everyone's joy, after a long and hard two years, Deb finally beat cancer! I decided to start this blog as a memorial to all those who have struggled with health problems and as a resource to for anyone who needs to know more about hospitals and treatments.

Suddenly not being able to hear as well as you once did may create a great deal of anxiety for you. This could be due to many factors, but it's possible you may need to have the wax removed from your ear canal.

Seeing a professional to get this done is one of the things an urgent care provider can do, and you may leave hearing and feeling a lot better once you do so.

Reason #2: Sore throat

Waking up with a fever and sore throat can be alarming, and it's likely you'll need the right medication to allow you to recover in the shortest time-frame. It may be necessary to take antibiotics for a certain amount of time, and your medical provider can prescribe these for you.

Reason #3: Vomiting

Reason #4: Sprain

Being overly active on the weekend isn't always a good thing and may leave you dealing with a minor sprain. Taking time to have this situation adequately evaluated by a medical professional is the key to helping you mend and get back on your feet in record time.

Reason #5: Insomnia

Not being able to get to sleep and stay asleep is one of the common complaints of many people at some stage of life. Taking time to visit your local urgent care and taking a prescription sleep aid could be the key to getting past this condition quickly.
